I don’t usually write reviews for places I rate poorly but for this place I felt like I needed to. I do not understand how this place was rated 4 out 5 ( the only reason I even decided to give it a try). The food can be summed up in one word: tasteless. I’m huge on local joints and this place does not even fit the standard. The service was not spectacular. I got my food to go but as I was sitting by the counter waiting for my food, I couldn’t help but hear the employees talk about other customers and how they tipped. They even talked about how they told customers that they were being annoying and high maintenance (and they wonder why the customer didn’t tip well) They weren’t even trying to be discrete about their inappropriate conversation. Maybe it was an off day for them, but either way I was not impressed and I will not be going back.

I’ve been here several times and with mediocre food I am not sure how they allow that type of service. The man who seated us and set the table was very pleasant and I wasn’t able to tip him accordingly. It sucks some employees ruin it for others.
Same people. Every time I go in there I noticed the same bunch of cronies always there every single day and it’s nice to see the same employees bringing you the greatest food in Phoenix!
