We love it!. This is our go to chinese spot, since it’s right down the street. Good food and service. Ken is pretty much the only waiter, and he’s great! They do have a full bar, and drinks are made with a heavy hand, but they definitely could use some drink specials to bring in more business.

Very mild dishes. I tried Bamboo Cafe since it is close at least 6 times and it was always disapointing. the food was always overly mild. I tried maybe 1/2 doz times always the same.
Lay off the sauce!. I have had the calamari salad, orange beef, orange chicken, mongolian beef, Thai spicy rice noodles, and the shrimp fried rice (Thai style). It is all very good. The portions are large enough to warrant a to go box.As a resident in this area, I know that i can go into this place, and the food will be just as good as the last time I came in. Most of the chicken that they serve here is white meat. You won’t have to guess if there is mystery meat in your fried dishes.The chef here likes to douse his food in sauce. If you order a dish, and you know that the sauce is a main part of it, tell the wait staff to hold back on the sauce, or else your food will swim in it.
