Great Place. I had an excellent time here. The facility was very nice and accommodating and the food was very good and fairly priced; the reason I gave 5 stars instead of 4 was because of how informative and helpful our server, Kaleb, was.
We had a great time at the Blue Agave. It was our anniversary dinner and couldn’t have been better. My husband had a platter that included a chili relleno. Said it was very good. I had a grilled shrimp enchilada. Very, very good. The waitress recommended a special margarita – made with fresh lime juice and agave – the best margarita I’ve ever had. Wish we loved close enough to come again and again.
Very disappointed. Shrimp enchilada was more cheddar cheese and plain sour cream than flavor. Grilled veggies were swimming in grease. Not a lot of flavor overall.
Crappy food, under cooked fish taste like mush.
We were excited for a good meal and were very disappointed with dirty glasses, food overcooked and drenched in sauce. Beans tasted like they were straight out of a can. There were hardly any customers and we still waited a long time for our food. Out of the 5 meals we ordered, we would recommend going somewhere else. Skip this place.
Cozy..after happy hour ends!. Get a cozy booth after the happy hour crowd leaves. I enjoyed the fajita and quesadilla. Even the house white wasn’t bad.
I really like the food at Blue Agave. It’s non-traditional Mexican food with excellent, unique flavors. I noticed Chipotle flavor in a lot of their foods, which I love, and while their menu had mild choices, there were also a lot of spicy items. I’m no wimp when when it comes to spicy and I was sweating a little. I had the Ultimate Chimichanga and it was one of the best things I’ve eaten. The flavors were amazing! The service was outstanding. Drinks were refilled well before they were empty and everyone was real friendly. Prices are very reasonable. For three sodas, three happy hour appetizers and three entrees, it only came to $55. My only complaint is that it is very loud. There is a full bar right next to the restaurant and the noise made is near impossible to have a conversation without screaming. But I was concentrating on the delicious food anyway.
