This place has amazing food!! We got the sampler platter because we wanted to try everything and it did not disappoint! The brisket was my favorite. Also, had a Dirty South to drink and it was delicious!!! Staff is very friendly too!!!!
Casual Smokehouse Bar. This is a dark woody old fashioned looking bar with smokehouse food and hand crafted drinks. We were here at lunch time and ordered a Kale Salad and their signature PBLT sandwich. My salad was tasty it had a generous amount of smoky chicken on it. I liked the fresh corn and the apricots in the salad. My husband’s PBLT came with house made crispy potato chips and a chunky tabasco spread that he liked. Worth a try when your in the area but the ladies room stall has holes in the wood and might not be as private as you might like.
Recommended with Reservation. Dimly lit, and a bit overdone for the bacon. With that said overall this place was pretty good, and willing to give it another chance. Their BBQ is very mild I had the Turkey and the Asparagus. Not crazy about the 4$ for a side, but these were share-able sized items. Still I’d like a choice of a side versus the coleslaw. Still the coleslaw was rather good though not usually a fan. So generally speaking a good experience, okay wait staff new person forgot part of out order (the appetizer) and not even a slight discount was offered for the error, but again it was good so well worth a chance.
My husband and I are always looking for a great new place. We like all food and we enjoy fancy all the way to relaxed and comfortable. Friend of ours told us about Bootleggers. We live in Anthem and will travel for good food. We were in town today and stopped there. It was great. From Alex our waiter to the Bloody Mary with the slider and beer chaser to the brisket nachos and corn on the cob that requires chap stick cause its so spicy we loved every minute of it. We were rorn between food and rather than let us order too much and be too full he told us to Oder starters and whatever we didn’t get this time we could get next time. He was sure we’d be back. He was right! It was awesome. We will be back. Maybe this week!!!
Great addition to the neighborhood! Atmosphere & staff are wonderful. I do agree that it’s a tad pricey for eating there regularly but food is top notch. I would love to see a happy hour menu as well but enjoyed it!
Cute place. Great atmosphere! Yummy food. NOT kid friendly? No kids menu at all? price point a little high to order a meal for children. No happy hour food menu 🙁
