After eating at this restaurant I had to give it a good review. We had the chicken sandwich which was absolutely amazing. Their salads are great and we followed up with the Tiramasu desert and the caf latte. All of the food was fresh and prepared with care. Service was excellent.

CafepiNO. Honestly I was very dissatisfied with this restaurant from start to finish. I am amazed at some of the reviews. I cant believe more than 20 people have had a great experience here. For starters we ordered their recommended pizza which was reminded me of Tonitos. They used precooked fine ground beef which had horrible texture and was very dissatisfying. Despite the pizza I decided to give them another chance with what I think is a true test for any Italian restaurant, Bolognese sauce. I ordered the Bolognese Lasagna and an up charged house salad that one of our four waiters acted like he was going to prepare on the spot waving his hands doing the tossing motion. A fresh tossed salad sounded great so I was sold on that. When the salad came out it was over and pre dressed just sopping in vinegar, soggy, and tart. It was dressed and tossed atleast a half hour previous. The Lasagna was at this point exactly what I expected. The sauce was colorless and flavorless and tasted like it has been reheated a couple too many times. The Cheese did just not have the flavor you would expect from an upscale Scottsdale restaurant. I could not figure out who I was tipping It seemed like the whole restaurant was waiting on us and It was kind of uncomfortable. My coke literally went through 4 hands to get a refiled. Not once did anyone ask us how our food was. Which was great because I would not have known where to start. Thanks for reading and goodbye.
Really good!. The first time i went i was a litte iffy trying it out.. im not much of a person to try new things. But the food was great. I had the pizza and it was delicious! Ive been there several times now and even when im at work i order to pick it up and have it for lunch. Its a great place to eat and hang out also.
The new lunch menu is great. Pizza, pasta, salads and sandwiches of under $9.00. Today I had the Pasta Pastor with meatballs. It was every good, lage portion and the pasta was cooked perfect. I always have a good meal when I eat here.28 Aug, 2011I have eaten here so many tines I have lost track. The food here is great as is the staff. Weather you order a pizza pasta or hamburger it is always great. One of my favoret places to eat. Fresh pasta, bread, I love this place.
All I can say is awesome! Italian food was just as authentic as the owner’s accent. All of the dishes are prepared from scratch and what I had was perfectly seasoned. The service was the icing on the cake. Very attentive, didn’t have to ask for anything. Totally visit if you get a chance!
Good eats. Recently visited for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The service and meal both excellent and would much rather visit here than any nearby chain restaurants.
