I wanted fried okra and so landed up having brunch at this place. Pan cakes here are definitely great. Okra was ok. Hash brown casserole was new and good. Being a crowded place over the weekend the service was a bit slow though.

Great food!. We love the food, we love the service, and we love the gift shop part of the restaurant! I love going in for a meal, grabbing some old fashion candy after, a gift for family, and some fun trinkets for us to enjoy.
Great food all the time! fast friendly service. if u are looking for some tasty country cooking this is not a waste of time at all
Great tradition, great quality, consistent service. Cracker Barrel is a staple in the South. You have a store at least every 10 to 20 miles along any interstate highway in at least 12 states. Imagine my surprise when we moved to AZ six years ago, and found there were only four CB’s in all of AZ!! It’s a heresy!Seriously, this is good food, well prepared. I love the reviews by folks who are complaining about the gravy, fat content, calories … Richard Simmons and/or Jillian Michaels are not the poster children for Cracker Barrel. If you’re on a diet, you have some choices, but not many. But if you wish for a hearty meal, great service, and good atmosphere — this CB is exactly what you expect — and then some. We eat here at least four times a month, and really enjoy the staff and the food.
Cover me in gravy. Save yourself some time. Get a syringe and fill it with gravy. Then just jam that baby right into your heart and push that plunger. If you ask for veggies to help counter that, the staff will just berate you and gravy-board you. If you come here because it’s someone’s birthday, then just remember, it’s not their birthday. They are just trying to kill themself with gravy and you are a party to it. If you’re here because you’re depressed and you’ve given up on life and just want to drown your sorrow with some gravy, then let me tell you, happiness isn’t found at the bottom of some gravy jar. Walk a few laps, run a mile, but don’t forget to stretch, and don’t treat your sore feet or pulled muscles with soothing gravy. It may work, but it will be just too much of a temptation and you don’t need to go down that road again.
Breaksfast is good. OK so I am not a big fan of home cooking. However I do admit that the Cracker barrell has one of the best american breakfasts around. I really like to order the pancakes with pecans and a side of smoked bacon with sunny side eggs. They are always made to perfection and they even have real maple syrup that comes warm. good 🙂 You can even order an omelette though not on the menu. Tis good though. THe only drawback are the long lines, but you can always wait outside on a big rocker or come in and check out all the gadgets they have. I like their themes around the holidays.
