Lamb is really tasty. As an office we chose to go to Garage. Love the decor, the spot used to be Richardson’s. The staff was very friendly and nice. I started with wine but ended up drinking the apple cider beer so yummy. For happy hour they offer lamb kabobs, never seen lamb on a happy hour menu. They were amazing really good, great flavor and cooked perfectly. I also tried their signature deviled eggs drizzled with truffle oil, I was intrigued and surprisingly let down. The oil was over powering and that all you could taste. But I will defiantly be going to Garage again simply bc of the atmosphere and happy hour.
Service is excellent. Food very good. A nice young vib. Great local pub. Our age is 60ish & love it. Have been back many times.
Great Wine Tasting Event. First time visit last evening for the Robert Craig wine tasting. Nice atmosphere, courteous hosts, good selection of apps for the event/ Afterwards we stayed for dinner, Margarita Flat Bread and BBQ Chicken Flat Bread. Both with a ultra thin crust, as it should, with generous toppings/ Server was a little slow at the end with check and returning for payment, but such a nice evening out sitting on the patio a very minor thing. Will be back again soon with another review.
I went here on a date, and the server split our dinner salad and main course without us even asking – great service! Very good food and atmosphere – will be coming back here. Try the sweet potato fries!
Just had lunch here and the clay pot wings and shrimp flatbread were magnificent! Will definitely return!
Pleasant, Random Surprise. I like the location. They did a great job on the interior. Since it used to be an actual garage, I like that they have (clean) tires on the wall and have kept the masculinity with the dcor. I had the bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp over a bed of lemon herb risotto and it was scrumptious. The patrons were so friendly and welcoming. Will go back.
Great Place. Different Experience. Thought this place had all the makings of an excellent neighborhood pub: Garage Burger was very good stacked with quality ingredients, quality lettuce, tasty bun; beer list was very good: nice selections from Thunder Canyon, Anderson Valley; mac & cheese was original and tasty; just an odd feel about the place. The building was neat and the interior was cozy, but the service was a little odd, lackadaisical and not real welcoming. Seemed slow for a weekend. Don’t know if it’s because The Garage is relatively new, but something just seemed off about the place. Would definitely recommend for good food and a tasty beer though.
