The beer was good, but stop there. had an appetizer, soup and dinner and everything was bad. The service was sub-standard. A lot of employee standing around chatting with eachother, nobody paying attention to the customers. Diagnosis: they have a management problem that will cause this location to close within a year.
Skip this place, wow. The burger was soooo bad. I think they served us a precooked patty from Costco. Across the street is a Red Ribin…wish we’d gone there. Wedge salad was a disappointment too. Can you say Ewwww??? Needs a recipe overhaul. Service was good though.

Yum!. Husband and I stayed in Carefree and went out driving to find some good eats. Knew about GB from San Diego so stopped in for dinner. Had the salmon: fantastic! Had the steak: fantastic! Mixed drinks: fantastic! Dessert: out of this world! Out of 10 days in the area we ate there 8 times between lunch and dinner. It was THAT good!
Average. It’s hard to say its better than average. There are better places to eat, there are worse places to eat, even in the same mall area. They ‘specialize’ in average american food, and several of their own brewed beers. In my opinion, do yourself a favor and go to The Yard House in Desert Ridge, you’ll enjoy that more.
