When in new towns, I always look for Indian food, this place has truly authentic Indian food. Took my girlfriend here (her first time having this) and she said she could bathe in the butter chicken! This place has made another convert!
Haldi Indian Cuisine is located in a strip mall. It’s not a very fancy restaurant but it is nice enough. By day they offer an AMAZING Buffet of North and South Indian Cuisine. We were blown away by how good the food really was. They started us off with complimentary dosa and buttery naan bread and then we were off to the buffet. Everything I took was delicious. I don’t really have a favorite because everything was very good. I particularly enjoyed the Chile Bhature, the Fish Pepper Fry and the chicken dishes. All these dishes were full of great flavors and the meats were prepared well and were juicy and flavorful. The buffet was well kept. Nothing ran out or was dried out. Nothing was too salty or too oily. It wasn’t like the average buffet that usually isn’t the best…..HERE…they made the food fresh. They also offered nice selection of desserts as well. The owner was engaging and our plates were cleared quickly. This might be my favorite Indian Restaurant in this part of town. We were very impressed with the delicious foods. I can’t wait to try out the dinner menu. This restaurant for sure is a gem in this area.
