Can’t believe I’m writing this, but our whole Hilton experience has been dressed-up-ghetto — as in trashy, unprofessional, disappointing, and as bad as downright miserable. We are leaving early tomorrow and demanding a refund. Don’t waste your time. Can’t believe they’re in business.
Great place to go for guests at the Hilton. Would not necessarily reccomend for outside diners. Good menu, solid food. Really cool s’mores at your table for desert. Definitely a plus
Missing The Boat. This restaurant was consistent with the broader experience at the Hilton Squaw Peak Resort, good intentions but substantially below expectations. We’re not that picky of eaters, but the food at this place is among the worst We’ve been served at a restaurant. The staff was friendly, but lacked training and professionalism.
It’s ok, with poolside servers, but please add more to the menu! Kids had almost nothing to eat, had one person working and started swearing in front of my son. I highly recommend getting a pizza from a nearby papa johns.
Happy Hour makes it borderline tolerable, but the food is mediocre and the service is among the worst I’ve had in the U.S.
Gross food. Even worse service by our waitress kitty. She ignored us the whole night and half our friends food was cold. Had to call the manager twice to which she offered a free desert! Please. You are better off getting better food and service at carls jr for half the price.
