Oh my god the reviews are all correct two hour wait on a Saturday .. And totally worth it! The brisket literally melts in your mouth! Plan to get there early and order extra to go!

I’ve tried some of the best BBQ joints in Chicago and Memphis and never found anything that compares with the brisket at Little Miss. Just get there early cause the wait can be over an hour.

BBQ Wow!. There are several BBQ restaurants here, this is one of the premiers of Texas BBQ, located on University, just west of the AZ 143, a little joint, that is worth the wait in line. Someone is out in the parking lot helping you park, Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s are the best days for parking, while Thursdays and Fridays are the most difficult. Saturday is there busiest, with the line starting to form at 0930 they open at 1100. I orders the 2 meat plate, selected the Beef Brisket, and Pulled Pork, and added the cole slaw, and beans. The brisket was moist and tender. The pulled pork had that great fat and lean mixture. The slaw was light, and the beans and had a great bite to them, not mushy. Dessert, the Pecan Pie, wow it was sweet and loved the pecan topping. The folks who serve you are very helpful, the owner stopped by outside on the patio and asked how we like it, Thanking you for stopping by. Word alone of Little Miss goes a long way, on the table outside you have choices of honey mustard, house, and hot sauces, but I felt that the sauces were not necessary . Your plate comes with a choice of bread, pickles, hot peppers, and onions, I had all. Things to remember, is arrive early, or later after the lunch crowd, they are open until 4p, as parking is a challenge. They are known for brisket, I’m going to try the turkey and sausage next visit. The aroma from the smoker while waiting in line, really gets you in the BBQ mood, tables inside , but I really enjoyed the atmosphere on the picnic tables outside under the canopy.

Ribs. Tried the Pork ribsLooked and tasted like beef ribs, were big, fatty and for an expensive order received just three big ribs. can not recommend despite the glorious reviews online and in the Az Republic. Very disappointed

Absolutely the best BBQ I have ever had. I recommend the fatty brisket, it will keep you coming back. Get there early as there is always a line.

Amazing Bbq. I love coming here for my bbq cravings. My two favorites are the chicken sausage and smoked turkey. Of course the beef ribs and brisket is amazing as always. The meat is just so juicy with a nice smoke ring. The bbq sauces they have available are a nice compliment. If you get a chance, go on a Thursday and get the smoked pastrami.
