A hoppin’ neighborhood spot featuring the finest healthy fare. All high quality ingredients and lively atmosphere. Love their burgers as well as the breakfast options. I love lunch meetings there because they offer something for everybody. joaniesimon.com

Croque Ham Madame. Delicious hot open faced breakfast sandwich with French artisan toast, ham, Havarti, tomato, topped with eggs sunnyside up, served with breakfast potatoes.

Luci’s + Yogini’s = Healthy Happy Hearts. Thank you Luci’s for having a great, casual place for us to gather…to eat whole foods, to drink delicious chai lattes, and have wonderful chats on the corner of the neighborhood. The ownership is kind, generous and mindful by offering top quality organics, funny knick-knacks and ready-made sandwiches, salads for those busy types who can’t hang-out. One last BONUS…it’s CLEAN! No lipstick stains on my cups, no dirty plates…floor and windows spotless! Big bonus! Muchas gracias compadres! Namaste, Big-Cheese at Yogini’s

Luci ‘s. Great place to eat BUT don’t call for take-out (pick up) unless you want to be placed on HOLD – and be forgotten. Hung up called back and happened again. With the challenge of parking be prepared if you call ahead to pick up you may already be there, as what happened to us. Then still had to wait after finally getting order through while waiting in Starbuck’s line accross the street.

Interesting place to enjoy food!. This place has been here since 2008 and Ive driven by hundreds of time without giving it notice or stopping in, however today I wanted to enjoy a new experience something different and something that I could enjoy eating. Well this is the place; Lucis isnt your ordinary neighborhood shop with sandwiches. Its special, its different and its something that is worth the trip. You dont have to dress up, just come with a desire to enjoy good food. Its a large interesting menu that covers most everything youd want for breakfast or lunch. The food is very good and prepared just as youd like it, simply place your order at the coffee bar and find a table; theyll bring it to you. The place gets busy during the weekends but we found tables located everywhere in the store. Parking is or can be a little difficult however we did find a spot near the front of the building. I enjoyed the turkey lurkey sandwich that came with: Artisan light bread, turkey, havati cheese, applewood smoked bacon, avocado, spinach, tomato, pesto sauce and mayo. It was great! And Id like to order it again when Im back. My wife had the Tuna Nicoise Salad with albacore tuna, mixed spring greens, cucumber, tomato, green beans, hard-boiled egg, red potato, red onion and olives with citrus vinaigrette. She too enjoyed it. We look forward to coming back and trying some of the other menu items soon. Also inside the marketplace & coffee bar are unusual items for sale with things you simply cant find elsewhere.

I love luci’s so much. It’s the ideal place to go for pretty much anything: dinner, hangout, grocery shopping. I like that it is mostly organic, & the employees are so lovely.

Horrible. I’ve been going to Lucy’s for over a year now and I always leave disappointed. Why do I return? Aside from Starbucks across the street, it’s the only locally-owned choice in the area. I am convinced that this is really the only reason this place is still open. Specifics: The bathrooms are so disgusting! I can’t say how many times I have seen fecal matter on the toiletes and I don’t think they ever wipe the walls down. I agree with another review that their staff walks around with soiled clothes/aprons and it is simply disgusting. The food is always inconsistent and I’m not exaggerating when I say that only once have I ever had an order come out completely right – that was a side of tater-tots. With the exception of a few good ones, their staff is not generally friendly or helpful. It’s like they’re there because they have to. I once saw a guy wait for his croissant for about 20 minutes before he asked and was told that he had to pick it up at the counter – the thing had been sitting on the counter the whole time and no staff had thought about bringing it out. Aside from the cool winter months, the place is like a sauna – even their staff agrees. This place certainly has potential, but I just pray that another locally-owned shop opens up in the area as I think just about anyone else can do a better job than Lucy’s.
