Incredibly disappointing. Ordered two bowls of noodle with the wife. An hour after walking in the door, we still didn’t have noodles. The waitress walked by 6 or seven times and was avoiding making eye contact. Finally we had to leave to pick up our kids, not having eaten, not having had any sort of good service. The waitress couldn’t fathom why we would leave after having already been there about an hour.I have eaten here before and it has decent food but I won’t be wasting anymore of my time here. The complete lack of an attempt at service or even acknowledging the lack of it is inexcusable in a service industry with so many other restaurants that provide high quality products paired with great service.
Bad service and pad thai. THe B noodles and pad thai were not good. THe service was terrible and we had to wait ages to both order and then get our food. Lastly, we had a table right next to the toilets which was unpleasant and due to the symbols on teh doors were constantly being bothered by patrons asking which toilet door they should use. $32 for pad thai, b noodles and 1 soda.
This place is awesome!!! Go during happy hour and get the Asian nachos! They are delicious!!! I got the lemon grass chicken and the noodles and sauce are amazing!!!!! GO!!!!
Don’t get any seafood. Phoenix is too far inland to get anything fresh. Instead I got the Pad Thai Noodle with chicken. It was delicious, service was decent, and the portions are huge. I’m an average guy with a huge appetite and I could barely eat the whole bowl. A little expensive but perfect place to take a first date or something.
Great happy hour. Order the Asian Nachos. They are so addicting! Mmmmmmm…
In a word, delicious!! Crispy calamari app and scuba roll! Yummmmm.
Just finished dinner at Moto. Went wig a friend – would not go back again. Ordered Miso soup, so salty as to be inedible. Asked for extra wasabi – never came. Order two sushi rolls, tempura shrimp roll, and a dragon roll. The rolls did not taste fresh. The rice was cold, tempura in the roll was not crunchy, Nori was chewy – also not fresh. To be honest, I thought the sushi rolls came out of a refrigerator case at the grocery store. Prices a little high for that quality sushi. Not going back.
