Overall, above average restaurant in large resort hotel where quality often falls short. Service is exceptional and ambience plus room dining options great. From a health perspective, can tell they’ve made a concerted effort to lift their game by offering ‘Super Food’ items. Be aware that not all these options are healthy, dairy and sugar is still very much part of the US diet and I often struggle to find food without these ingredients. Sugar is on almost everything so suggest asking for no sauce and plain grill as they’re still learning!
