We use to love this place. Recently it has really gone downhill, even though they have done some remodeling lately. Took my family for lunch, bought three meals and spent over $26. After sitting down at a table, we decided we would like some sour cream. Went back to the counter and asked for two sour creams. Was told they are a dollar each. No problem, we are willing to pay and I presented my card for payment. The owner said he will not accept payment with a card if the total is less than $5. I showed him our receipt showing we just bought over $26 of food not more than 5 minutes ago and explained how we have no cash on hand, only a card. We would just like some sour cream to go with the food we just bought. He refused to sale us the sour cream.Yep, thats right. Refused.. Obviously he must pay some fee to process cards and that is why he has a $5 limit. To this idiot owner, he would rather lose a customer over the small card processing fee rather than give good service to paying regulars. Restaurant owners love repeat loyal customers. But guess what, customers like loyal service minded restaurants who put their customers first. We will never be eating at the Original Burrito Company again. This is Arizona, trust me, there are so many Mexican restaurants here that will treat you right. Stay away from this cheap scape place.
