This is my favorite Vietnamese place in our NW Valley neighborhood. Friendly earnest service and and the bonus of a shaved snow counter along with Asian-flavored macarons. I’ve had watermelon, durian, mango, strawberry, taro, Vietnamese coffee, lemon, green tea, coconut, and black sesame, favorites being taro, durian, coffee, coconut, and sesame. For dishes, I think they have the best bnh xo (Vietnamese crepe) in town, with other favorites being b ti chanh (rare beef salad), b ba (a fresh rice paper roll with Chinesese sausage and egg), and bn riu (crab and tomato noodle soup). And it’s hard to decide whether to get the fried bananas with ice cream for dessert or the shave snow. writeonrubee.com
