Management Sucks. I have eaten here a few times and know that they do not take reservatoins. Today at 5:30 they had 3 tables outside when we arrived. I said we were glad to sit outside and the hostess told me they were reserved!! I guess you have some double standards.. You have good food but not worth dealing with your stupid staff and obiously bad management! Second problem with your staff and won’t be back. But plan on telling as many people as I can that your service is terrible.24 Feb, 2013Service is the ISSUE. Could not have had worse service at this place. Funny that the food was good but wait staff and manager were really lacking!!
I love the food and I always get great service. Food comes out fast and I love the house wine for $3. I eat here 3 x a week. Grilled veggie salad mmmm.
Horrible Service but decent food. We had 4 adults 2 kids and host said 20 minutes. Said we would be glad to squeeze in at 4 top. 45 minutes later when I had watches 4 sets of 4 tops be seated I spoke to the Hostess and said can we just take a 4 top and she said no she can only seat 5 at a 4 top.. (thanks should have said that earlier and saved me the wait time as I could have gone to another restaurant) then after waiting 1 hour and watching two 4 tops that were next to eachother gets seated we asked to speak to the manager. Now he wanted to seat us at a 4 top and squeeze us in!!!! Are YOU KIDDING!! Get a new manager and dont hire moronic teenagers to be the face of your restaurant. Will not be back!!
I got a falafel and a baba ganoosh appetizer . The food was mediocre at best and they could not get a small take out order right . They forgot part of the order. I will never go back!
The service is not the best. However, I love the falafel pita so I continue to return. Recently my boyfriend and I have been ordering take out to avoid the slow and sometimes rude staff. Food is great.
Wow. Just walked out after a rude server managed to seat us without ever making eye contact, and then we got to sit ignored while at least three servers walked by without acknowledging us. Pretty impressive for a restaurant that was less than half full when we walked in.
I had the Kafta pizza very tasty. Good service very friendly. Cass was our waitress great service.
