Had dinner here one night with my husband while staying at the Hilton Squaw Peak Resort. Restaurant was very clean, the service was fast and friendly and we were very pleased with our meals. Tried the chicken with garlic spinach and risotto as well as the farm burger. Both were very good and we certainly didn’t leave hungry. If staying at the Hilton we would certainly try it again.
It is difficult to be excellent in a resort catering to the hotel guests for breakfast, lunch and everything else. Decent priced with reasonably prepared food but cannot be considered as spectacular. Pub sees offers a good selection of draft beer. This location and food is good for business trip people studying at the resort.
Rico’s Resort-Style Eats. Not every resort has a stellar restaurant that can keep up with the local cuisine, but Ricos sure puts up a good fight. The location is right off 16th Street and Northern on the SR-51 at the Point Squaw Peak, so you have a great resort, great area and a great place to stop and have happy hour or a good dinner.If youre staying at the Point or looking for a good place for Happy Hour, You Found It! If youre going for drinks and apps, make sure you try it at the bar or in Ricos Back Yard. We are in Arizona for a reason and of course, visiting for a reason… so enjoy the outdoors!But wait…were not done yet!
