Horrible service. We waited 15 minutes to place a drink order only to have a manager change the Arizona Cardinals game we were watching in front of our table to a Seattle game. He never apologized or even displayed any consideration for our needs. This is isn’t the first time I had bad service here but it will be the last as I have no desire to ever go back
Used to be good. This place used to be very awesome with great food. Now the menu is a page long, the service is terrible; if you want to feel like an inconvenience then go here. This is the second time I’ve been here in a few weeks and thought the first poor experience was just a fluke. This is no fluke folks, there are several other places within a couple miles (CK’s, The Garage, even The Regale Beagle) that would actually treat you like a paying customer. Stay away from this place now.
Service is actually worse than any of these reviews indicated. Sat at the bar with credit card in hand to pay for 15 minutes before anyone realized. Nobody was covering the bar for most of that time. Once the bartender came back from the break that nobody covered, she was on her cell phone. Didn’t notice the 5-6 people sitting there irritated and drinkless. Ps…if you’re going to write a review on your own restaurant to offset the negative feedback, don’t give the exact hours of the live bands and directions on how to get there. Actual customers don’t do that.

Awesome Food and Service. Tukee’s is a great neighnorhood watering hole. The staff is friendly, management is quite reasonable and will change channels on demand. They revamped their menu and have some really good items on their menu. Only down side is if you are looking for a pub with darts and games you won’t find it here. 1 pool table in the rear, but the hot wait staff and the cheap specials make up for that.
Service is deplorable. Sat for 10 minutes and not a single server was on the floor. Finally gave up and went to Keegan’s. I would have commented on the food but never had a chance to try any…
