Will never go back.. A place called the Waffle House should know how to make a decent if not excellent waffle. Well this place doesn’t have a clue. I ordered a waffle with strawberry topping, a side of bacon and a glass of milk. A waffle should be crisp and light. The object that was put in front of me was a pancake with dimples and pink things cooked into it…no saucy topping. This object wouldn’t even make it in the pancake world as it was heavy and stodgy. And those pink things…dont know what they were, not even dried berries…some sort of artificial flavoured additives. It was shockingly bad! I shuddered through less than half of the waffle once i doused it in syrup. The bacon..it was cold..so cold the marble stripes of fat were white. The milk…couldn’t even get that right …it was served at room temperature. When the server was questioned about the topping, or lack thereof, she said they don’t do toppings anymore. So why is on the menu for an extra 50 cents, and why wasn’t I told when I ordered. This was absolutely the worst breakfast I have ordered anywhere.
The small dining area means can be very loud and noisy at times. Late night cook can’t seem to understand that most patrons prefer their eggs w/o shells. Daytime service a bit better but food is usually very good. Gotta love the covered hashbrowns.
The service was fine for a diner. I was served promptly and the food was fast. TThe chocolate chip waffles were good. Also the cinnamon raisin toast was tasty.
Good fast food. Service can be slow at times, but good fast food. I know when I stop in that I will get good food. Thanks Waffle House.
Service wad very slow, food was so so, and the place was a little dirty
Break fast ok, coffee bad. Break fast at the wh is ok but gawd, coffee stinx!
