Always a standby late at night and when your feeling it. Son and I got back late from fishing on a Saturday and he said Waffle House. The breakfast at 9 pm was just as good as 9 am hey it’s the Waffle House 🙂
POOR MANAGEMENT. My boyfriend, myself and his Dad who was visiting AZ chose the Waffle House for breakfast. This is usually an excellent choice for a good breakfast and some entertainment from the staff. However this location was a disaster. We were greeted with the cheerful good morning and sat immediately with a smiling waitress being very intentive. Then we sat..and waited..and waited..the staff was arguing amongst one another at the counter and who I think was the manager continued to yell and repremand the staff while we we there. I eventually made the decision to leave instead of be in this tense environment and then the Hitler leader came over and apologized..throwing the waitress under the bus(the nice smiling waitress who was trying to be helpful in all the chaos) and immediately got to work on our food. All in all the food came, 48 minutes after sitting down, and the disgruntled boss offered 20% off our ticket. I appreciate her saving us 4 dollars but it will not change the fact that this establishment is poorly run and ruins the Waffle House experience and reputation.
