This Chinese express take out place is the best by far. Their food, no matter what the dish, is always freshly prepared for you. The meats they use are so tender. Their veggies are always done just right for the particular vegetable. Rice is never dry. They use quality containers so IF you have left-overs, because honestly the portions are NOT skimpy, they can be stored to retain that just made for you taste. We love it, the people are nice and the prices are extremely right! Well done folks, we will continue to be faithful patrons :o)

Great late-night spot. My boyfriend and I stopped here for dinner on a whim. Not many places are open after 9 on a weekday, but Wok Express was and we were in the area. The decor is simple, but the employees are super friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the food was fresh, made on the spot, and fabulous. Great place for Chinese. Will definitely be back.
Wasn’t impressed…. Like I said in the title, I wasn’t impressed. I ordered their version of the general Tsao’s chicken and some pork fried rice and what I seemed to get was a lot of gristle in both. The fried rice had large flat chunks/strips of pork that we’re mostly fat on many of the peices. There wasn’t much flavor either. The chicken dish wasn’t good either, just kind of mushy breaded type chicken, a heavy sauce of some sort, and some vegetables. I might be willing to give the place another try, but if they couldn’t even get the fried rice right, I am not real optimistic. I would put Panda Express at least a couple of notches over these guys. The portions were pretty good, but unfortunately given the quality and taste of the food, that wasn’t exactly a win/win either. Your experience may be better, if so, lucky you. Sorry, I love chinese food and I wanted to like this place and I had seen good reviews, but it just wasn’t my cup of tea.

I am shocked and disappointed to see that only 19 people have voted about the Wok Express on Tatum ad Greenway… ;( This is a family business that does nothing but serve the best home cooked food every single day for lunch and dinner. The food is always cooked fresh to order with the best taste you could ever imagine. The owners or the staff will always greet you as you walk in the door and you will feel right at home in no time. My wife and I have had nothing but great food from day one and that’s why we keep coming back week after week. Lolis, my beautiful wife, enjoys the Yun Shan Pork and I am a big fan of the Teriyaki Chicken, and we both love the Egg Rolls, Crab Puffs and Pot Stickers. The dipping sauce that comes with the Pot stickers is really very good.We are huge fans of the Wok and we will be coming back for many years to come, I can promise you this.. 😉
Fresh quality ingrediants cooked to order, good lunch specials, clean and nicely furnished dining area, freindly service and authentic recipes. I have the lo mein noodles and they were cooked perfect and had a nice smokey flavor. I’m back today for teriaki chicken and a wok chicken salad. Smells good and looks good, quite tasty.
