If your in the area worth a try. We also shared a Yellowtail Collar. Now that was delicious, seasoned just right and prepared perfect. It just melted in my mouth and all the sides complimented it well. I’m spoiled and am used to really good above average sushi. The sushi and roll I tried seemed very average to me. Not bad but also not impressive and just OK. Worth a try when you’re in the area.
Andrea is a bimbo. This place is a gem. Great atmosphere, fresh rolls, lightening fast and friendly service ALWAYS. Ignore her review and give Yen a try. You will be back!
The sushi in this restaurant was kissed by a samurai and sent from the heavens. You will not be disappointed unless you are a hater of happiness and enlightenment.
Great local sushi joint. Reasonably priced, small and friendly. This seems to be a family place and we seem to get handed from server to server, but we’ve never had a problem. They always have 2 or 3 sushi chef’s working in plain view who serve up great sashimi and rolls. We go here several times a month and will continue.
Really good fresh sushi and really attentive servers and sushi chefs! Highly recommend checking this place out if you are not sure check it out during happy Hour!
Worst sushi place. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had going to a sushi place. Me and my girlfriend wanted to find something closer to home and all the reviews on this place made it seem good so we gave it a shot. From the moment we walked in the service was terrible. When we were finally seated, we waited for 10 minutes with nobody coming over to us and we had to ask for our own menus. The rolls were just decent, nothing I would recommend to friends. The worst part about our experience started when the waitress brought out 2 rolls to us on a plate. Just after ordering our meal the rolls had been brought out in less than 5 minutes. We thought it was way too fast. One of the rolls was correct and the other didn’t seem right. So I ate some of both to check it out and one of them definitely wasn’t what we ordered. So we asked the waitress if this was ours. After checking and yelling at some people there she returned and told us they weren’t our rolls. She asked if we had eaten some of the rolls and we did so she took the plate and we watched them take the rolls off of one plate and put them onto another. Then they took it to the right table!!! I can’t believe they gave food that we touched to other people!!
It’s always so busy! So be prepared to wait a little while. But the sushi is DELICIOUS! Worth the wait
