A nice afternoon sitting on the patio f this brewery, located off of Iron Springs Rd, it has its own brews plus other on tap, including whiskey and wine. Weren’t with the sampler flight which is 4 5oz servings, great to try different favors. Paired them with the Bavarian Pretzel which was hardy, the cheese sauce was meh though. Plus the 12 cheese flat bread, crispy crust with plenty of cheese. You place your order at the bar, either setup a tab or close out. Do food they give you a number, and some one will bring your order out. The Black Hole beers are on a board behind the bar, plenty to chose from for everyone’s tastes.
Gourmet sandwiches go with craft beers. There’s a small menu of pricey but excellent sandwich options that all come with fancy chips or fries. A good choice of craft beers and a few hard liquor options as well, including local ones from Thumb Butte Distillery. Sadly, Black Hole Brewing is out of business and their beer is no longer available.
