Crispy beans. The beans are cooked perfectly with a little snap. I don’t know why green beans always taste better in a Chinese restaurant, but they do. Yawn!. Whether you like this place depends upon your experience with big city, high-quality Chinese food and your level of discernment. We come from cities where such is easily available and have fairly discerning palates re: Oriental food in general (my wife is Filipino). By big-city standards, Canton Dragon is sadly lacking. By local standards, they are probably one of the better spots in town.Too much breading on anything breaded (where’s the beef?) making the meat morsels look much bigger than they really are is the biggest problem. The rest is just uninspiring in general.
Bad Food Bad Manners. Terrible food, worse manners. This is just plain bad!! Go anywhere else, including Panda, Baja Fresh. This small restaurant does not care how bad the food is, its going out. The locals who think its okay have just come to expect lousy food, and that is excatly what you will get here. Greasy, old seafood, rancid beef and a lot of MSG. Anything would be better than this.
Best Chinese food in Prescott. Great lunch specials. The best things are their crab puffs, beef and snow peas, tomato beef and lemon chicken. Good prices. Fast service.
