Food is only OK, but the customer service is a joke. We have been there several times. If they are not busy, it is OK. Twice we have made reservations ahead of time and when we arrived were told that they could not seat us. We left and went to the Brewery. So much better. Don’t waste your time or money on this one.

A Chain Restaurant that Isn’t. This place feels like a good chain restaurant, but it’s locally owned. The interior is bright, clean, and well-decorated with a bar in the center. Service was good and fast and several employees besides our waiter came by to ask how everything was. I have high standards for Chicken Fried Steak, and I thought this one was just OK, as are all examples I’ve tried in Arizona. The Chicken Pot Pie is excellent, and the Fish and Chips looked pretty good. I’d like to try the Beef on Weck sandwich after seeing Anthony Bourdain dine on one on his Travel Channel show in Buffalo, NY. It was surprising to see something like that here. If you’re looking for a restaurant that’s funky with local color, go elsewhere. This place is polished and slick.

I had garlic burger, my wife gurley burger. Service was horrible, we waited 40min and then they brought us cold burgers. I will not go back.

Snotty teen waitress was cold but still gave herself the mandatory 18% gratuity tip.

Always Good. When you are in the mood for just about anything, the Gurley Street Grill offers it.

We just arrived in Prescott and we both had Pizza and they were very good. We also got the sweet potato fries and they were very good. I liked the good selection of beer on tap.

Mac and Cheese. Don’t hesitate on getting the mac and cheese as a side, it’s gourmet. I think they use gruyere cheese in it. In any case I had a table full of people who weere jealous of my side dish.
