I would recommend this restaurant to everybody. Small and quaint but had very good service. The quality of the food was excellent and it is worth the extra cost.
Cajun and Southwestern inspired. There’s always seafood specials, often with a Cajun influence. Excellent New Mexican green chile stew and stacked enchiladas, a decent muffaletta sandwich, and a killer chicken fried tuna steak. They don’t mention it, but you can always get an excellent cup of gumbo instead of the soup of the day.
Simply Outstanding!. On our visit to Prescott, my wife and I tried a lot of restaurants–they were all good. Prescott has an amazing food scene. But, without a doubt, Iron Springs was our top pick.My two favorite culinary genres are Mexican and Cajun/Creole. So, you could imagine my excitement when I saw Iron Springs’ menu!When we arrived, I was slightly underwhelmed–worried we may not have made the right choice for dinner. The place is small but eclectic. After being seated and looking around, the place quickly grew on me. It’s a pretty hip place, actually.I had tacos and gumbo, haha! Where else could I get those two things for dinner!? Amazing! My wife had one of their specials–redfish, some kind of killer coleslaw, and some other side(s) (this was 4 months ago). Her dinner was 7 on a scale of 1-5.Definitely check this place out!
