The new owners have extensively renovated this space, it has a nice modern vibe compared to the fast-food ambiance of the restaurant it replaced. The menu centers around ramen which you customize with the type of sauce and noodles you want. There’s also appetizers, lunch boxes, poke bowls, and dinner plates. Everything has an Asian theme, mostly Hawaiian and Japanese. They also offer Hawaiian specials on Friday evenings and had live Hawaiian music on the Friday evening we attended. The entire staff is Hawaiian.The ramen is satisfying. The poke bowls feature raw seafood and are good. We also had a nice seaweed salad as a side dish. It made for a light dinner but our tab for two was only $25.
