Great meal and they had gluten free choices for celiac people. The place was busy! I think a lot of locals eat there. Service was excellent. They had a good list of specials. We’ll return the next time we’re in Prescott.
A Great Meal. Visited LaBruzza’s for dinner after a long day at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University supporting our grandson’s signing up for fall classes. There were 7 in our family party and we all thought the place was great. The food was good and reasonably priced. We really liked the BYOB wine service (just happened to have a few bottles on nice Cabernet in the car). With our grandson’s attending the university, we will be visiting Prescott on a much more regular basis and this will be one of our favorite stops.

Problem, but made good. We were visiting from Washington state, and so was our dad. My brother and sister- in- law, who live in Prescott, took us to LaBruzza’s, as they have once before. We sat for 1-1/2 hrs. before being served our dinner. We had a young, inexperienced waitress. I brought the matter up to Gabe, the owner. He sincerely apologized and comped our dinner (5 people). The dinner was excellent, the waitress was cordial, in spite of her sub par service, and we ended up averting a disaster because of Gabe’s professionalism and obvious embarrassment. He takes pride in his restaurant. Mistakes happen, problems occur, but the key is how to handle them. Gabe took the extra step, without hesitation, and created lifelong customers out of us.
I took my family here on a trip to Prescott. We were seated right away and their delicious salad. And bread arrived quickly. We all enjoyed our dinners and the staff was friendly and attentive. I will definately return!
Busy place serving average food with below average service. Have been twice over the years – same lousy place both times.
