Owmer’s Behaviour toward customer. The bagels are wonderful. Yesterday, my husband and I placed an order. When the order was called out (no name which we had given), I went to pick it up. Not being sure that it was our order, I waited to verify because I did not want to take the wrong order. After verifying that it was ‘our’ order, even though it was wrong, I said that if we had paid for it, then I would take it. The owner grabbed it from my hand, said you did not pay for it (she was sitting at a table behind us talking to a friend when we ordered). She did not research it to find out what exactly was wrong, what we had paid. She treated me like I was trying to steal from her after I had waited to verify the order. Highly embarrassing. Not a gracious bone in that woman! Now I know why all the staff is the way they are. After trying to figure what the bill should have been from the site, not one price is listed and no way to figure what the charge should have been. Never an apology from her. KEEP SQUEEZING THOSE PENNIES! One customer lost plus others with whom I will share the experience.

Bagel Sammiches. You get to choose what kind of bagel this is made on (although they might be out of lots of varieties by lunch time) and it comes with salad or chips. Big blue cheese flavor.
Delicious food and great espresso. Bagels are delicious, especially the lox bagels. One of the girls was Pretty rude to me the first time I went, I’ve seen the staff bicker, but since then it’s always been a pleasant experience.
High quality. They make their own bagels and they are awesome. Limited menu but high quality ingredients well prepared. Recommended
