Never Again.I went here about 3-4 years ago when we first moved here and ordered the garzonla alfredo (my favorite at our previous OG) they screwed up the order then brought me my replacement AFTER my family had already eaten and it came cold and the steak wasnt cooked as i asked for and it tasted bad taboot!! Now this trip we took today 5/30/16Again my order came wrong this time was a completely different meal than i ordered so again I didnt get the food i ordered (this time the chicken Parmesan * 2nd fav at prev OG location*) When i finally got my meal… AGAIN after my family had already eaten… i went and took a bite tasted like i was chewing on a cooked tomato … so i looked at my next bite carefully.. not to get a tomato on it.. and again the texture was like chewing on a cooked tomato… CHICKEN SHOULD NOT TASTE LIKE THAT!! I had my husband try it.. he spit it right back out… he responded i can eat just about anything and that is gross!! My 10 year old got the kids meal with chicken and noodles… he wouldnt even eat it .. he said it was horrible…. my 6 year old ordered a kids pizza.. i asked him why he wouldnt eat more than the one bite he took? he said mom is disgusting! i had my husband try it… hes like yea thats pretty bad.. little ceasars is better than that…. we told the manager how horrible it was… and will NEVER be going there again.. we left and went to mcdonalds.. and thanked mcdonalds for being 10x’s better than the local olive garden!
A Well (Olive) Oiled Machine. This chain restaurant is located in a modern and nicely decorated building designed for it. The greeters and servers are well trained, proficient, and very attentive. The all-you-can-eat salad and breadsticks is their signature gimmick. The entree’s are large enough that you really don’t need refills. I had soup instead of salad and our waiter asked if I wanted that refilled. A nice touch. The quality of the food is above average and the waiter is there to add freshly shredded cheese if you want it. For a chain restaurant it’s not the cheapest but compared to the dismal experience at most I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was.
