Keep the change or NOT. My 12 year old daughter went in with a group from church and she ordered a burger with bacon. The service was horrible but she just went along until the burger came out without the bacon. When she told the server it took her 20 minutes to bring the bacon and by then her and her friend were almost done. When they paid the bill the server took it upon herself to keep the change. It was only .58 but it was the principal. When my daughter asked for her change the server took out .10 out of her pocket and handed it to my daughter. Now you may be thinking…well what about a tip? That had already been included because they were a large party. Our family owns 14 restaurants and my daughter know how it should be. We will never stop here.
Awful experience. Came here on a Saturday night when Texas Roadhouse was too crowded. Now I know why we got immediate seating in an empty restaurant. Despite being only one of 2 tables our waitstaff had, we couldn’t find her. Ever. Burgers were dry and overdone. French Dip pathetically small portion of dry beef on an oversize stale bun. And overpriced to boot. We’ve eaten at other Red Robins around the country and had much better food and definitely better service. Avoid this one if you can.
Got a burger. Not very good. This resturant is a shining example of why Americans are morbidly obese! Free French fries while u wait for your food and some more fries served with ur food! Somethings not right here.
Service was good although it wasn’t busy, so it should be good. I had heard that their burgers were good, but felt that it was over-priced for the size and quality of the burger. It was almost $9 for a 6oz. burger with only some cheese on it. It was OK, but not impressive. I’d rather spend my money on a nice 1/2 pounder at Fuddruckers for the same price or less.
My lunch time getaway…. I have been going to Red Robin for over six years and still appreciate the food and the hospitality. I received the same level of satisfaction in Prescott, AZ as I did in St Louis, MO… The restaurant has a survey system in place that I believe works well for maintaining the high standard of service I receive every time I visit.If your ever in Prescott I suggest you stop in and see Don and his crew… They will take care of you…
Never go it took me 3 hours to eat. An hour to get a table an hour to order and a hour to eat. The food was like I wanted to die. The food was over priced and the food was small. And the manager did nothing to help us. If it is this place to eat or death take death because you will be waiting till you almost die and when the food comes that will kill you.
