  Advertising says fresh BBQ every day. We and had the worst service ever and the ribs were so bad we couldn’t even eat them. They must have been left over from 2 days before and warmed up in the microwave. The salad was like there was no dressing on it at all and the FF were terrible too. We will never go back . Did not try the pizza maybe it is good but we will never know because we will never try that place again.

  Food GOOD, Bartender……..BAD!. Walked into almost empty little place, mostly bar, and sat down at bar stool.Bartender, semi skanky brunette, barely acknowledged me. Too busy talking to the nice biker.Cook came from the kitchen to tell me about the ribs & pizzas.Finally, the bartender reluctantly took my order of 1/2 rack of ribs and a small cheese pizza, to go. Side order, suggested by the nice biker, beans!Received my order, brought out by the cook, and took it back to motel to eat.Ribs were delicious! Smoky, moist, meaty! Pizza very good. Beans, nonexistent! Instead of the beans I ordered, I received coleslaw. Only 3 items , and one was wrong.Too bad I won’t return here, I liked the food. Food…………BService………DAmbience…..C-Value…………C

  Two..Two…Names in One!. Sally’s BBQ of Sedona bought Tastebud’s last year and have changed the name to reflect that. They’ve also added their famous barbecue to the menu. I’ve uploaded new menu pics here since they haven’t updated their website or Facebook pages yet. Pizza is still the same and the BBQ brisket is good.07 Nov, 2014Will BBQ Help?. Rumor has it that Tastebud’s is now under new management and will be adding barbecue to the menu.10 Aug, 2013Better this time. Every other pizza place near downtown was packed on Friday evening so we went here. They were busy also, but we found a nice table outdoors. Service was a little slow and they apologized profusely for their busyness. Except for the thin crust, which is just OK, I thought this pizza was much better eating it at the restaurant than the last time, when I got it to go.Update 8/16/13: An article in the Courier just came out which mentioned that the ownership has recently changed. Maybe this explains the improvement.19 Nov, 2012My tastebuds were underwhelmed. Called in an order for take out and it was ready to go when I arrived 15 minutes later. The owners staff the restaurant and were very friendly. There are tables and chairs to eat there, but at 5pm on a Saturday it was totally empty, so I suspect they mostly do take out and delivery.I had a combo pizza on thin crust and didn’t think it was anything special, so I probably won’t try this place again, but if you’re not that fussy and looking for fast service and friendliness you might like it.

  Used to be good – now not so good. We used to order form Tastebuds back when BUD owned it. Great pizza, great prices! Consistently really really good. They sold it at the end of 2013, and since then the quality has gone down. Cheaper ingredients make for a not so great pizza. 🙁

  We ordered an Alfredo pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and it was fast and delicious. They were here in less than 30min
