The only place in the area that actually serves Thai food with the proper (hot) spiciness. Very flavorful dishes affordably priced. CASH ONLY and it’s really take out only; there’s a few small tables outside in the shopping center parking lot. The Thai women that run the place are a hoot.
Thai Hot!. If you want the HOTTEST Thai spice, this is the place. I took one bite of a tiny Thai chili and my whole tongue was numb with a burnt-like sensation for at least 15 minutes! The owner/chef is affectionately friendly, makes you feel like best friends. The menu is simple yet hard to choose. Everything is homemade. Open kitchen- can watch her cook and she prepares each dish with love. Prices super affordable. Portions aplenty. Her spring rolls are a must try. TAKEOUT ONLY (just one outdoor table with 4 seats). CASH ONLY!

Chicken Soup for the Soul. It’s flu season, and I’ve got it. Yearning for some chicken soup to make me feel better, and not wanting anything out of a can, I got a full order of Tom Yum soup to go. Excellent flavor and heat and it really did make me feel better.11 Oct, 2011No cool breeze from this Thaifoon. Worst Thai Food Ever!!!. This is a take-out only place…not the same as the website for Thaifoon in Utah. I had to put the entire order down the garbage disposal. The Pad Thai had cauliflower in it so I’m thinking it came from a bag of mixed vegetables. Ordered it with chicken but couldn’t see any. It was served on soggy egg noodles, and the peanut sauce tasted like it was from a jar off the grocery shelf with a lot of milk added to it. The sweet and sour pork also seemed to contain vegetables from a mixed bag minus the cauliflower, the sauce again tasted like it came from a jar, and I found three little chunks of poor quality meat. I thought that downtown Prescott is supposed to have good ethnic food. Guess they’ve never been to Seattle!!!

Great!. Thaifoon is wonderful! It’s a good mixture of americanized thai food. Good flavors, good portions and really good service. Just a warning, if you’re planning on going around 5:30-6:30 pm, it’s usually insanely busy. My personal favorite dish is the Satay with steamed tofu!
