This modest Mexican restaurant specializes in fish and shrimp dishes for dinner. Prices are a bargain, especially for the seafood. The salsa was mild, but there were bottled hot sauces at the table. If you like taquerias and don’t mind the plain dining room, then I recommend you try this place. I’d skip the standard Mexican food and stick with the seafood here.
Very good Mexican fare!. Service very friendly. I ordered a Torta Milaneza for $5.95 and a side of fries for $2.45. Very fast preparation. Large portions for the price. Fries were very tasty, taste homemade. The sandwich was stuffed with guacamole, refried beans, breaded steak cutlet, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Best sandwich I’ve had in a long time! The atmosphere was very festive, with beautiful dcor, local artist paintings, and a jukebox blasting upbeat Hispanic songs. They offer weekly special s at very affordable prices. Drive-thru window as well. Azteca Market next door is worth checking out after you dine- buy some Carne Asada in marinade to go- divine!
Very disappointed, sub par food. Disappointing experience! Won’t be returning. Food was less than mediocre. The carne asada burro had grizzle and the bean meat mixture had no seasoning that is expected in a good csrne asada. Shredded beef enchiladas were dry and tough. Sauce tasted canned. Bluck! The seating looked old with severely worn areas. Not what was expected after reading previous reviews.
Daily Special. A decent example of this common dish, but nothing special. What is special is the price of $5.95. Can’t beat it.22 Sep, 2012Can’t have too much garlic!. This dish is available with grilled or fried fish. I tried the fried version, and the filet was buried in oily garlicy goodness. The sides were a simple salad, rice, and the whole dish covered in french fries. Recommended.22 Sep, 2012Ostioneria PV. This modest Mexican restaurant specializes in fish and shrimp dishes for dinner. Prices are a bargain, a couple of shrimp tacos with sides was only $6.50. A breakfast omelet menu on the wall listed the price as $3 (!), with $1 for each extra ingredient. The salsa was mild, but there were bottled hot sauces at the table. If you like taquerias and don’t mind the plain dining room, then I recommend you try this place.
Best Mexican in Prescott Valley!. Simply the Best quality Mexican food in Prescott Valley! This is a mom and Pops place that my brother brought me to. I had the Fish Tacos combo plate. I am from California and this place has beter fish tacos from any I had in Cal! Everything is made fresh to order and the tables each have a full variety of Hot Sauces. Azteca also brings nice warm chips and their own Hot and regular salsas for dipping. I never had a bad meal and the place has plenty of room for ghest’s.Breakfast here is so reasonable and omelets, Rancheros Huevos, ect are on Point and delicious!I love this place!!!!!!
