Three strikes you are out!. Ice should not be collected and put in a cup with bare hands. When ice tea is poured, it should fill the cup. Not be 3/4 full on a cup of ice. That’s two sips….Cream in coffee should be cream, not milk. And charged accordingly. The prices on the front sign need to correspond along with sizes. Such as…tea is not in, small, med, and large. If you pour in one cup and charge one size and say well, those prices and sizes are from when we first opened. Service and personality poor every visit. Lame. If asking fornthw receipt to be emailed, they should take your email. Not tell you owith certainty that your card is automatically linked to your email. That’s incorrect.
