What the HELL!!!!!!. Normally we have great food, service, and a good time. However this time we did not, warrant this review. My partner, myself, our good friend and her overweight friend decided to dine 3/8/15. #1 the server didn’t know a whole in the wall. #2 the servers and staff were sitting by a pointing, giggling, and laughing at our friends overweight friend. What gives them the right to do this. People are human and regardless of their weight should be respected. Our friend called over the owner, and he did nothing!!!! This is the last time we will dine at the Canton Dragon in PV or in Prescott. We will not support a owner that does not correct his staffs actions. We were also rushed out the door!

High price, Huge portions, Little flavor. The staff here is SUPER friendly, offering great menu recommendations and conversation. Prompt service, beverage refills, and food delivery. The entre portions are quite large which is good for their moderately steep price. 2 entres is probably enough to split between 4 people (or 2 if you want seconds), so it’s a really good idea if everyone orders something different then split portions among one another. The dishes do not skimp on meat or vegetables, all cooked perfectly tender. Only complaint was that our dishes were not only under seasoned (salt & pepper), but they were lacking flavor in general (garlic & ginger please?). Luckily, all tables are stocked with salt, pepper, soy sauce, hot mustard, and sweet & sour sauce.

The sesame and orange chicken were tender, juicy and flavorful. Rice cooked just right and service from napkins to drinks was fast and friendly. Great restaurant!

Surprisingly Nice Chinese Restaurant. I had the pleasure of dining at the Canton Dragon on my annual visit to the Prescott area. In my opinion any Chinese Restaurant that has duck on the menu can’t be all bad. The menu is varied and has pictures for those not familiar with Chinese food. I had a small order of wonton soup and the Westmoreland Duck entree. While I would have preferred to have hot and sour soup, only egg drop and wonton soup are available in single (cup) portions for $1.75. The hot and sour is only available in a family bowl portion at $7.95. The wonton soup was packed with bok choy and wontons. I do not know how they managed to cram it all into one cup and still keep it piping hot.The Westmoreland Duck was superb, crammed with vegetables and, yes, duck in a savory sauce. It was served with white rice. The portion was huge, I had two servings and still had enough to take back to the hotel (thanks for the fridge) and bring home. I noticed that portions at other tables were similarly very large and most folks were taking leftovers home with them. The restaurant is large and attractive and service was prompt and courteous. I dined at approximately 5:30 PM on a Saturday and there was continuous take out and sit in traffic.I would say that I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the Prescott/Prescott Valley area and would like to have Chinese cuisine.
