Great food. Had the same waiter, James, 2 times we went in & he was excellent. Attentive & friendly. Both times our food was very tasty & the wait was not very long. When we are back in town we will visit again.
First, let me say we love chilis. Good food and drinks w a family atmosphere. Unfortunately the sevice at this chilis makes us reevaluate our opinion. We have eaten here several times, thinking the bad service on the last trip was a fluke. No such luck. I could list out all the bad sevice issues, from the Mia hostess seating people to the snotty, slow, bad attitude wait staff, but I don’t want to make this review a 10 minute read. Take my advice, unless you want to add 45 minutes to your dining experience, go to one of the dozen restaurants within walking distance. I see these chronic problems as a management problem and hope he/she reads this. Lets cross our fingers this happens.
