Went in for lunch around 1245p and sat at bar. Friendly greeting, prompt service and order taken. That’s when it went down hill. Ordered MR burger with fries. After 20 min had to ask where food was. Got it 5-10 min later. Burger over cooked, fries under cooked. No flavor. If I have to season a chefs food they have failed. On a positive note when I told server/bartender the meal was comped which was the right thing to do. Many kudos to server/bartender who juggled the whole room, was attentive and had a gray attitude. If a kitchen can’t handle more than three orders at once, they are destined to fail.
