  We visited this Culvers last week. We ordered 4 burgers without lettuce or onions. When we got home two of the burgers had lettuce on them. We returned to this location today and ordered 3 burgers and I asked them to make sure we didnt get any lettuce on our burgers this time. When the food was brought to the table two of the three burgers had lettuce on them again. My sons burger had a black hair lying in the bottom of his burger container. None of us has black hair so it had to come that way from the kitchen. He had already taken one bite before seeing the hair. Maybe hairnets should be utilized to keep guest from ingesting the employees hair. The person I spoke with at the front counter only offered to replace my sons burger. I went back to the table and waited for the replacement burger but it never showed up. I returned to the front counter with the hair burger and spoke with the assistant manager. He assured me the replacement burger would be out ASAP. If I hadnt asked again I guess we would have never received a replacement. This Culvers location always has issues. Update: Manager (Wyatt) called me this afternoon and apologized for the bad experience we had today. He also offered to give us 4 value meals for the inconvenience. The fact they cared enough to call meant a lot. Update 12-20-17 : Visited this Culvers again and experienced the same problems minus the hair. Ordered a Mushroom Burger & Double Butter Burger (NO ONIONS or LETTUCE ). Both burgers had lettuce scattered throughout and my burger actually had a piece of chicken on it. Simply Gross! The cooks simply don’t care about customer request. We complained to the person that brought the food out (Reilly sp?) but nothing was done.

  I’d rather go to dairy queen. Small over priced burgers ,fries are just bland, ice cream has a weird texture and not all that sweet. I don’t understand why it is always so busy. I won’t be back.

  Olympic Curding. This is a Wisconsin-themed fast food experience. The place was packed on a Saturday night. Really? It’s a fast food restaurant! Burgers were OK but with thin patties so order a double. Not even close in flavor to In-N-Out. Unlike other burger franchises, there are some salad, sandwich, and even entree choices on the menu, but it’s really all about the extensive ice cream-based desserts and the burgers here. I had an excellent chocolate malt and I’ll bet the frozen custard is good, too. The cheese curds must be a nostalgic acquired taste. They’re just little nuggets of bland American un-aged cheese, battered and fried. Didn’t do anything for me, but I didn’t grow up in Wisconsin. If you’re thinking about going to Dairy Queen, you’re probably better off coming here instead, as the quality and service are excellent.
