Amazing Italian and value!. Recently, this restaurant has gone through a culinary transformation. The food is now unique, flavorful, thoughtful and done with love. It is easy to see that someone has recently taken a real interest in producing a quality Italian food experience. All of that said, the prices remain very low, strangely low. Try, or re try Encanto Grill! I am sure you will find something to be excited about. I certainly am!

Horrible Experience!. I had the worst experience with this restaurant and will never eat there again! I ordered wings and pizzas for delivery, when the wings were delivered they were the wrong flavor. I called and spoke with the Manager, (who later informed me he was the owner), he told me that the cook said he made hot wings, I had ordered honey hot. I didn’t order the hot for a reason, I had young kids who were eating as well. He said he needed the wings back. I said no problem we have no intention of eating them. When the delivery driver came back he said he was just here to pick up the wings. He had no replacement wings. I spent over $43 on this meal! I was so irritated that I drove down to the restaurant to find out why. He said he wanted to check them???? Check them for what? I had no intention of eating them and wasn’t trying to get more food if that was his thought! I simply wanted to the flavor wing that I had ordered!!! I have never been treated so poorly as a customer!!! I told him forget it to give me my money back for the 30 wings that were not provided and he said no, to try the sauce… at this point I could care less about the sauce. I care that I had wasted over 45 mins waiting on new wings to be delivered, (yet weren’t) but yet he did send the delivery person to pick up the old ones… driving down to his restaurant to find out why there were no wings sent for replacement, and the fact that he had insinuated that I am a thief and trying to get more food without paying! I just wanted the right wings! He can keep the wings and everything else I will never eat there again! Plus, makes me wonder what he was planning to do with the wings the he picked up from my home… what warm them up and serve to some other unsuspecting customer?? Run, don’t walk, get as far away from this place as you can! Part of being a successful business is treating your customers FAIRLY and PROMPTLY!
Not good. Old habits die hard. The pizza crust is tasteless. The wings are ok. What’s worse though is the service. Waitress???? Hard pressed to call our non working waitress that. We will not be back
