Disappointed. Friends from northern CA visited us this past week and my wife decided to get together with them at Leff-T’s for lunch. I really wanted our friend Ron, who loves great food, to have a really good meal. Both he and I ordered the steak sandwich thinking that a steakhouse would have a good one. But instead of putting a whole steak on a bun, Leff-T’s serves up seasoned steak strips that just don’t cut it. For one thing, the steak wasn’t even hot and both of us agreed– the whole thing just wasn’t very good. I hope that they will completely revamp their steak sandwich!!!To their credit, they did offer Ron another dish but he was too polite to accept the offer. And my wife and Ron’s wife had the daily special, a BBQ beef sandwich which they both thought was good.

Drink brought out quickly , followed by fresh molasses bread, and homemade apple butter.Fresh, crisp salad, and a half rack of ribs. Delicious baby backs, a little smokey, sweet & tangy. Perfect baked potato with plenty of butter & sour cream.Service was down home and considerate, food was plentiful & delicious.The apple butter was so good I bought a pint to take home!This place is everything a local steakhouse should be.Food……….B+Service…….AAmbience….BValue………..A
This was the very first time we had been to left-t’s to eat. We had heard mixed reviews. But the reviews were dead wrong. Excellent quality steaks, great flavors, and all around friendly staff. We hand Mandy tonight and with how busy it was, she was very friendly, polite, and attentive. Dessert amazing try the carrot cake. Daily fresh cobbler, and pies. Delicious drink specials. We had watermelon margaritas. The prickly pear vinegrette was different, refreshing and delicious. The owner, Daryl was the friendliest. This will not be the last time for us.
