No better BBQ than at lucky’s. Always an excellent stop for some grub. Small but cozy and well kept. Everything we have eaten here is excellent. Even the side dishes pass the test. Recommend to everyone passing by.

Limited menu, 8 items on handwritten note. No sweet potato fries, no onion rings. Pulled pork and brisket very good, ribs had great smoke bark, however tasted of lighter fluid or maybe pallet wood. Not planning a return visit.
After coming back and trying the pulled pork sandwich I need to revise my previous review and say wow! That was good! Nice fast, friendly service!11 Jan, 2014Coming from Texas this is subpar at best. The brisquet was lacking that smokey, flavor ring and moistness. Not impressed.
Been there 3 times and left each time with nothing to eat. Showed up friday night 645 pm, food was all gone. Very poor. Showed up on a saturday, closed for some family emergency… think you could get someone to run the place? Went there again for the 3rd time on another friday, would not seat us because they were going to close in 45 mins. I think they just ran out of food again. Make enough food for a flippin friday or saturday night, and dont close so damn early. This local went across the road to left, ys steakhouse. Glad you were out of food cause I found my new favorite place. Lefty steakhouse was excellent.
