My favorite Sonoran-style Mexican restaurant in the Quad Cities area. Chimichangas with green or red sauce and 4 other variations, cheese crisps, 2 excellent salsas, huevos for dinner, machaca beef. Besides the standard combos, you can get almost everything ala carte, including killer green corn tamales. Excellent grande margaritas as well.Located in a dumpy A-frame building that’s the oldest building in Prescott Valley, don’t go here expecting a sterile clean room environment.
Forget me alley. We are here right now, and to get a refill of drink or chips and salsa takes over 30 minutes. Staff walk by, but are in their own world. We have been coming to Olivas for years, and it has gotten worse and worse. Hoped things had changed, but it Hasnt. I guess maybe next year.
