We just moved here from Chicago and were looking forward to some Rosatis. Not anymore. Do they not believe in cooking bread? My pizza bread was bread (uncooked) with what appears to be sliced cheese on top-not even melted. The breadsticks were also uncooked. Did I misunderstand the menu and maybe we were supposed to advise in the instructions to cook our food?! Not happy.
Love this place. Have been going here for years. Friendly fast service, hot, delicious food. Every one comes on these sites to criticize, honestly, try it for yourself and decide.You won’t be disappointed.
So 4 years ago when this place opened I ordered fish and chips. The delivery took 2 hours after I called them back. I rejected it and the manager sent me a $25 coupon. Several months later I tried again! The food was really bad.Roll on 4 years, just tried again. The fries are the result you get after they have been microwaved twice. This is nothing like the mid west version of the chain!!! Stay away. It’s bad food. How is this place still on business.
