Sad to see that you have closed, you were such a wonderful presence in the community. Know that we wish you well. Thanks for providing a great place to dine. Miss you a lot.
Such amazing local foods prepared in imaginative ways by Chef John–a nice surprise in such a small town. This is must after a day of wine tasting, but expect to pay for the experience. This is lovingly prepared and the prices reflect such.
You need a reservation, but the food is locally sourced as much as possible, organic, wholesome and imaginatively prepared. Take time to appreciate the efforts of the cook. Worth a drive from Tucson. Some of the best food in SE Arizona.
One would never expect such a sophisticated restaurant in this area. I wish they were open more; was there for 5 days over Christmas 2011 and they were not open any one of those days; bummer.
If steak and fish is your favorite dishes then this is your place. I ordered a ribeye and it tasted like week old fish. What a horrible meal and the service was the same.
We have had brunch here a few times, and ALWAYS have a great time. Great food made with real passion.
