Not Mediterranean Any More. The menu at the Agave Bar is now Southwestern, and the food is excellent. The green chile mac & cheese, green chile burger, and Yolanda’s chorizo are the best! There are plenty of American items on the menu as well. Several interesting and delicious breakfast items are available. The service is excellent and patio dining is available. If you are staying at the Marriott McDowell Mountains, don’t drive all over town looking for good Southwestern food, it is right in front of you at Agave. Update: Unfortunately, the management has cut back on the menu, and Yolanda’s chorizo and other southwestern items are no longer listed).

Very friendly atmosphere with some longtime staffers,which is a bit surprising for a hotel destination.Very nice patio that has great views of the TPCgolf greenery, and TV’s on patio too.Dinner menu features sides with the entre’s,so you get a full plate and portions are generous.Great Rib-Eye steak ,it’s like 16 oz’s.
