Yummy Burger & Fries. Followed positive reviews to Blu Burger and I wasn’t disappointed. Had the California Burger with mushrooms, avocado, swiss, etc on a wheat bun and it was definitely yummy!! Too big to finish, but yummy. Would be great to share. The fries (sweet potato and regular) fit the description of yummy as well. Would go back. The decor was the only negative – all blue was a little much.
I ate here for lunch. The atmosphere was very laid back. The BBQ burger is very tasty, the cheese in the blu burger is a little overpowering, and the deserts are good as well. Friendly staff and speedy service. Definitely a great place to eat.

I held off writing a review of this place because of rumors the service had improved. Used to be, the servers all but threw checks at the patrons and sneered at orders they didn’t approve of. The owner/manager/in-charge individual sighted several times seemed to approve of these activities, maintaining quite the snotty attitude himself. But, we kept going back despite the distinct feeling of having wandered into one of those novelty diners based around insulting the patrons. That’s how good the burgers are. In fact, there is nowhere else I would rather go for a fancy-schmancy costs-as-much-as-a-plate-of-chicken-piccata burger. Even if it is kind of loud and VERY blue in BluBurger, not to mention the curious visual side-helping of Muhammad Ali. The menu has good options (including mushrooms, bison, and turkey as burger bases), besides a wide array of toppings to pick from. If you’re going to go that route, I do suggest printing the topping list from the website and using a highlighter on it. Besides salads, specials that tend to be past-based, novel soups such as tomato with gouda, and a gelato bar. The sides are all quite amazing, though I have to suggest the sweet potato fries. They’re some of the best in town.At my last I found the staff pleasant, but not overbearing, my burger cooked to perfection with a delicious helping of avocado on top and BluBurger nicely occupied considering my post-lunch dining time. If you’ve never been, and happen to be at or near The Summit, I certainly suggest stopping in.No word yet if the servers will still give you a look for pouring espresso on your gelato, but I believe they’ve been trained out of their groaning disapproval, at the very least.

Wish I could have tried it. They have a few different numbers on the web on on their website but I tried for over an hour to get a hold of them and I couldn’t. I tried another store and they said sorry…wish we could help. It didn’t seem like they were that concerned.
Went here with Mom for a quick lunch. The higher end burgers are $13. I was hoping they were worth it. I ordered a bison burger, medium rare with swiss, tomato, guacamole, and ketchup. Point1 – it came out actually medium rare. Point 2 – it was FANTASTIC. Perfectly seasoned, absolutely delicious. It’s not often you get a truly yummy burger. This was one of those times.
