Had my first visit this week. Monday is all day happy hour. It was quiet but it was around 4pm. Service was great–servers are attentive and the food came out very quick. Ordered a pint and a pretzel & beer cheese fondue to start and it is THE BEST pretzel & cheese I’ve ever had (if not on par with Culinary Dropout’s pretzel and provolone fondue). Crispy yet so soft and the cheese was flavorful but not over powering. We wanted to try several kinds of brats so the brat & beer flight was a great option, with a sample of the Haus, Spicy, and Sweet brats and their beer pairings. Really enjoyed the brats–I thought they were spiced welland not over cooked/dry. Great smoky flavor too. And I enjoyed testing out all the mustards and curry ketchup in the condiment basket at the table. But I was not a fan of the root beer onions on the middle brat. We also ordered a small order of garlic Belgian fries with truffle aioli to share and I thoroughly enjoyed their crispness and the flavor of the aioli. However the garlic sat at the bottom of the basket and was not well-incorporated throughout the fries–I actually forgot that we ordered them as garlic fries until I saw the bits of garlic on the bottom. So next time, I’d save a buck or so and order the regular Belgian fries and maybe try all their other dipping sauces. Would I go back? Yes. Would I recommend this to a friend? Yes, for a beer and bite. instagram.com

The brats were, meh, not impressive and not filling. The slaw was sweetish. The pickled onion was really good if you like onions. Their Dijon was good as well. The service was nice but very slow. Staffed by suicide girls, look it up.Will not return.

Cool aptmosphete, but I wouldn’t come back for the food. Not like the wurst I ate in Germany.

Have a beer and pretzel, skip the brats. Less then thrilled with the brats, beer selection was ok, but brats…not so much. If you have the word brat in the name of your restaurant, you really need to make the best brats and they just did not live up to the restaurants name.

This place is fun on a nice night… The drinks are great and the atmosphere is cool and laid back, but my hamburger was pretty bad and the sponge cake dessert came melted and gross… More of a drinking spot than eating;)

Great Experience!. Brat Has has a great selection of German and Belgian beers and serve up a variety of artisan German sausages. They make all their brats with Niman Ranch pork. I ordered a spicy brat and found it flavorful and delicious. The original pretzel was pretty awesome and I loved the beer cheese dip that came with it. I came here last week and they were closed for a private party so the manager gave me a $10 gift card and a pretzel to go for the inconvenience. I appreciate the great customer service and I even brought family members with me this time. Brat Has has a great outdoor area with games you can play and movie nights on some nights. They’ll even cook up a full roasted pig dinner upon request. foodartandculture.com
