Good Ingredients but Bland. They use natural organic meats but prepared our two dishes in a very bland way. I received an in house roasted turkey salad. The turkey was very dry and the greens were fresh but plain. They gave me house made cranberry relish with it but I didn’t care for the creamy relish. My husband had a chicken sandwich and it was very fresh and cooked nice but very plain tasting. We both found the music very loud in the dining room.

Nice Place for Lunch. I’ve eaten at Cafe Forte twice now, separated by an interval of two years. Each time I had lunch with friends on the Friday before the Heard Museum fair. And each time I enjoyed it very much. The food is simple and unadorned, but delicious nonetheless. The service is good, but not stellar. The acoustics are good, which is a pleasure to hear your companions at your table. My biggest pet peeve about modern restaurants is how poorly you can hear each other, when the main reason you go out to eat with your friends is to chat and catch up. Anyway – I went away from my meal with a very pleasant feeling and know when I return to Scottsdale I will certainly head for Cafe Forte.

Bordering Perfection.. I was simply amazed by this gem of a restaurant. Beyond a doubt, some of the best food I’ve ever had (I could literally taste the TLC put into every bite), along with a comfortable, inviting atmosphere (a simple New York-style cafe with a lively and eclectic playlist), and a staff that is genuine in every sense of the word. Matt was our server, but we also received service from Neal and Kiara and all three exhibited a real care in making sure we had a wonderful experience. Tip: take care if your server suggests something; Matt basically created a three course meal for us and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed. Enjoy life, as they say at Cafe Forte!

Dinner. Excellent service and food as well. Chef was more than willing to accomodate several food allergies in our group of 12, from out of town. We enjoyed several appetizers, entree’s and desserts also. We all left feeling satisfied and pleased with our selection. The next day, we continued to discuss how lucky we were to have found such a relaxed and enjoyable location with quality food. Baked bri was excellent, creamy polenta cakes were fabulous and always a favorite in a crowd, caprese. Each entree was enjoyed and then on to delicious desserts. The cheese cake , the chocolate truffle torte, apple pie and camelback sundae were all tasty You really cannot go wrong with this choice!

Delicious Food, Awesome Service, Great Business. To anyone that has never been to Cafe Forte, I would highly recommend it. A quaint little sidewalk cafe in the Scottsdale Art district, the food was incredible. My party sampled everything from the lasanga to the sweet potato enchaladas and every dish was amazing. The owners were on-site and made us feel like a part of the family. We brought our dog who was welcomed with open arms and given water immediately. Above and beyond, Cafe Forte uses locally grown ingredients and hormone free meats. There are not enough good things to say about this place, we will definitely be back!

Phenomenal. Drinks are good especially the Shirley Temple. Greatly recommended.

Exceptional. Every experience here has been great but today was exceptional. I had the fresh pasta special made with spinach & tomato fusilli, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, broccoli & shredded basil. Between the food and the atmosphere I felt like I was in Italy. My pinot grigio was the perfect temperture and my bread pudding was out of this world. YUMMY!
